Scene: A private home in Newport Beach, CA, where Orange Coast Magazine honored this year’s Orange County style-makers and “OC Look” Honorees. Between the Roll Royce cars in front, the Winston Jewelers and the parade of models sporting gowns and diamonds, it was a sensory overload of the grandest kind! Amongst the glitterati: Salon Mogul Kim Vo; “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” Designer Rib Hillis; Rising talent Zeke Kalil; The always stylish Barclay Butera. The list really does go on and on.
Oh… did I mention it was all in the name of helping the JDRF Orange County Chapter? A grand evening for a grand cause, indeed!
I was at event & guest of Dr. Ivan Ho (Platinum Dental, Sponsor at Event) and it was such pleasure attending such an event. I’m floral designer & owner of “Natural Charms” and actually aquainted with many guests at event, like Lin Peilin- Bruler “Food Stylist” in Coast Magazine – do florals for her over many years. I enjoyed the flow of the party and taking part.
